On 17th May 2024, SAVILLS VN and GCG INFRA have established a strategic business cooperation to invest and develop industrial and logistics infrastructure facilities including industrial warehousing, smart warehousing and logistics infrastructure facilities for civil applications using the steel-coil construction technology solutions by M.I.C Industries, Inc. (USA) via ABM (Automatic Building Machine), UBM (Ultimate Building Machine) and MBM (Mega Building Machine) construction equipment systems imported from the United States;
- SAVILLS VN is in charge of providing branding development for GCG INFRA in the local markets in Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos.
- SAVILLS VN is in charge of providing marketing, sales, leasing services to GCG INFRA for industrial and logistics infrastructure facility products developed by GCG INFRA in Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos.
- SAVILLS VN is in charge of developing and introducing customers and clients to GCG INFRA for industrial warehousing, smart warehousing and industrial logistics infrastructure facilities in Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos.
- SAVILLS VN is in charge of bringing both local and foreign investors to GCG INFRA in Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos.
