On 24th April 2024, PKG and GCG INFRA established a strategic business cooperation:
To invest and develop industrial and logistics infrastructure facilities including industrial warehousing, smart warehousing and logistics infrastructure facilities for both civil and military applications using the steel-coil construction technology solutions by M.I.C Industries, Inc. (USA) via ABM (Automatic Building Machine), UBM (Ultimate Building Machine) and MBM (Mega Building Machine) construction equipment systems imported from the United States;
- PKG to provide architectural, structural and construction design including all working drawings for the successful construction and development of all GCG INFRA industrial warehousing, smart warehousing and logistics infrastructure facility products in Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos.
- PKG to provide all technical and construction human resources and management for the successful development of all GCG INFRA industrial warehousing, smart warehousing and logistics infrastructure facility products in Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos.
- PKG to be responsible for the recruitment, training and management of the human resources and workforce used in the development and construction of all GCG INFRA industrial warehousing, smart warehousing and logistics infrastructure facility products in Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos.
- PKG will obtain a land site of approximately 30,000m2 (3 hectares) located in Phu My City, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province, Vietnam for the investment and construction of a GCG INFRA Showroom Complex which includes 2 units of Module#1 standard-storage smart-warehouse of 5,000m2 each (total 10,000m2 of Module#1), 2 units of Module#2 of cool-storage smart-warehouse of 2,500m2 each (total 5,000m2 of Module#2), 2 units of Module#3 cold-storage smart-warehouse of 1,250m2 each (total 2,500m2 of Module#3), 1 General showroom of 1,000m2 footprint and 1,500m2 of usable space. This GCG INFRA Showroom Complex with a total footprint construction of approximately 18,500m2, including: 5,000m2 of Module#1 and 2,500m2 of Module#2 and 1,250m2 of Module#3 of smart-warehouse units shall be sold or long-term-leased to recuperate the initial investment of the GCG INFRA Showroom Complex project.
- PKG to cooperate with MIRAWAY Digital Transformation JSC (MIRAWAY) to provide turn-key solution to the MEP (Mechanical-Electrical-Plumbing) design and solutions to all GCG INFRA industrial warehousing, smart warehousing and logistics infrastructure facility products in Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos and to all the eventual successful construction and delivery of these products out to the markets in Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos.
