INFRASTRUCTURE
The transportation system

Waste water treatment plant
– Total capacity: 18.000 m3/day, including 4 modules, each with the capacity of 4.500 m3/day.
– Wastewater from projects must reach class B (be treated) before entering the Waste water treatment plant.
Water supply system
The capacity is 10.000 m3/day.
Power supply system
110/22KV substation with a capacity of 40MVA, connect to the national grid.

Fire prevention system
The D100mm fire hydrants are located along the main pipelines, with a maximum distance of 150m, located at the intersections in DHTP for convenient access to water in case of emergency.
Some typical projects: Sunshine Aerospace Components Factory (UAC Group, USA) phase 1 with a total investment of 170 million USD , area 16.7 hectares; Long Hau High-tech Factory with total investment capital of 1,050 billion VND, total area of 29.6 hectares; SMT high-tech project invested by Trung Nam EMS JSC with initial investment of more than 7 million USD; The Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Factory and High-Tech Research and Development Center project of Danapha Pharmaceutical JSC is implemented on a land area of 3 hectares, with a total investment of nearly 900 billion VND.
