GCG INFRA is possessing the exclusive rights to purchase specialized sets of building machines from the US for Vietnam-Laos-Cambodia market, namely the Ultimate Building Machine® (UBM®), which is able to construct large areas of warehouse in a shorter period of time with a considerably lower cost. Those machines are designed to fabricate 1,500m2 of warehouse on-site per day.
The arch technology allows builders to
– construct column-free and beam-free structures, hence, maximizing the usable interior space;
– reinforce the structures to withstand hostile weather (strong wind as 180kph, medium earthquake), or bear loads on roofs;
– create an air-tight, temperature-controlled, and humidity-controlled environment.
The UBM sets are mobile, multi-terrain accessible, simple to operate, and have low maintenance costs.
The UBM® sets include various main units for construction, spare parts for replacement, software for operation, training sessions, and thermal insulation parts.
